I recently stayed at the Hotel De Normandie for a weekend getaway in Bordeaux. The hotel's prime location right by the tram system made it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The beds were big and comfortable, the showers were well-equipped, and there was plenty of space for our suitcases. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great dinner recommendations and arranging a taxi to the airport. a great experience!
Totally recommend this hotel.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city. The tram hub and main shops were just opposite, and there were plenty of eating establishments and historic buildings nearby. The staff was helpful, and most spoke English. Our room on the sixth floor offered fantastic views of the city, and the King bed was very comfortable. The room was large and well-organized, with a separate sitting area. The daily room cleaning and delicious breakfast with freshly cooked items were also highlights.
Felt like home, no complaints whatsoever.

I got great value for my money at Hotel De Normandie. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The location was excellent, right by the tram system, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
More breakfast items would have made the breakfast even better.

Enjoyed long walks around the lake, but beware of the random fish encounters. The view from the private terrace was spectacular, especially when the neighbors decided to have a loud argument. The wine bars on the trail were a great place to get hammered and stuff my face.
The hotel seemed to forget to mention the resident alligator in the lake. Quite the surprise during my morning swim.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, just off the main square of the Opera House, opposite the tourist information office, and right at a tram stop. Many attractions are within walking distance. The room is very comfortable and clean with modern bathrooms. The staff is great with friendly and helpful service. Breakfast quality is also fantastic with a choice of continental or cooked breakfast.
The hotel lacks a bit of style and soul, which might not appeal to those looking for a chic atmosphere.

The French charm of this hotel really added to our romantic escape. The staff were polite and accommodating, and we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed, including a small refrigerator and coffee maker. The location was just perfect, with easy access to public transportation and nearby shopping areas. We also loved the fact that the hotel was very quiet, despite the central location.
That the room was a bit small, but this is to be expected in a city center hotel. while the staff were friendly and attentive, they could have been more prompt in responding to our requests.

Excellent Location and Good Breakfast
I spent my Christmas vacation at a hotel in Bordeaux, and it was a great experience. The hotel was located near the train station, and it took only a few minutes to reach the hotel by tram. The water front was nearby, and the shopping district could be reached in five minutes of walk. , the buffet breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of food, including yogurt, croissant, fruits. It was indeed a good start to the day.

The hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of a vibrant city, With the tourist office just across the street, making it easy to book vineyard tours. it is conveniently situated just off the main square of the Opera House. The rooms are spotless and the bathrooms are well-maintained, with free-flowing hot water in the showers. The staff is incredibly accommodating and welcoming. The breakfast, though a bit pricey, offers a variety of options and is better than expected.
Some rooms may have minor issues with noise from guests walking above.

I loved staying at this hotel in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw from the main square and opposite the tourist information office. It was so easy to explore the nearby attractions both on foot and by using the tram line which stops right outside the hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my entire stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was flawless, and the breakfast had a wide range of choices that suited my taste.
Nothing that I didn't like.

We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is perfectly located just off the main square of the Opera House, which made it very convenient for exploring the city. Plus, it's right on the tram line, so getting around was a breeze. We were able to easily visit many attractions and the central square of Bordeaux. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff available at the 24-hour reception. The room amenities were great, including air conditioning, an in-room safe, and a flat-screen TV. We also appreciated the convenience of having a dining area and a bar/lounge on-site. The free Wi-Fi was a nice bonus as well. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Pets are allowed, which may not be ideal for families with allergies. Despite this, we highly recommend this place to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
